2. Drink lots of mineral water
Maybe drinking mineral water can not directly relieve cramps and pain during menstruation, but consuming lots of mineral water can relieve headaches and overcome flatulence.
3. Light exercise and active movement
You can do light exercise such as aerobics, walking or light jogging, exercise does not directly relieve the cramps you experience but with exercise your body will produce endorphins which have a role in helping reduce pain and give positive feelings.
4. With massage
You can give a massage to the area that you feel cramp or pain, massage it slowly. You can also give massage oil or aromatherapy to make you more relaxed.
5. Eat the right foods
During menstruation, you should avoid oily foods such as fried foods, avoid fatty foods and fast food.
