JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV- Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan RB) Tjahjo Kumolo has passed away after undergoing intensive treatment at Abdi Waluyo Hospital since June 2022. The sad news was confirmed directly by KOMPAS TV to PDI-P politician Junimart Girsang, Friday ( 1/7/2022). “He has returned to the presence of God Almighty,” said Junimart. Junimart said Tjahjo Kumolo died at 11.10 WIB after suffering from internal complications. “According to the news we received, he had internal complications,” said Junimart Girsang. As a member of the Junimart party, he also prayed that Tjahjo Kumolo would be accepted by Allah SWT. Previously, news of Tjahjo Kumolo’s illness was known from KOMPAS TV sources on June 21, 2022. At that time, Tjahjo, who had been hospitalized for three days, was visited by President Joko Widodo after attending the PDI-P II National Working Meeting at the Party School, Lenteng Agung, Tuesday (21 /6/2022). However, Djarot could not provide further information regarding the disease and the hospital where Tjahjo was being treated.
